To start my Blanchard and Company review, let's grab some background information first. Blanchard and Company is considered one of the largest silver and gold bullion dealers in the US.
The company is owned by the Blanchard family. It was founded in 1975 by Jim Blanchard. Furthermore, Jim co-founded the ICTA watchdog group in 1983.
It is evident that he is really educated and knowledgeable in this industry. They are located in New Orleans at: 909 Poydras Street, Suite 1900.
What Does Blanchard and Company Offer?
Blanchard and Company offers a lot of services and products for people that want to jump into gold and precious metals.
They have gold bars, gold coins, silver bars and silver coins. They even offer rare coins. It seems like Blanchard might try to push you into rare coins because that gives them a bigger financial gain; therefore, do your own due diligence!
What I like about this company is that they have a lot of educational stuff that you can absorb to learn more about this field. In addition, you don't have to be a newbie to appreciate their guides.
Blanchard also offers a good IOS iPhone and Android app to stay updated with the current metals and coin prices. You can also hold gold and silver in your IRA. Blanchard and Company can assist you with this.
Since I mentioned IRA's, Blanchard also offers them... they have partnered up with another IRA firm called Gold Star Trust.
They seem to have shortened the IRA process and made it simple.

You can have your precious metals delivered straight to your home; however, they only deliver in the US but it seems like they are trying to expand their business worldwide.
Blanchard Buy Back Guarantee
Blanchard offers a great Buyback guarantee that allows you to sell your metals back to the company based on the price stated by the market. However, keep in mind that not everything you buy from them would be bought back by Blanchard and Company.

I don't think this company is a scam, they are over 40 years old. If they were scammers they would've been shut down way before.
They're a legit company that offers great products and services. However, the amount of negative reviews and small number of ratings from customers has made recommending this company a hard pass.
