Is how he and his affiliates create fake sites like Coffee Shop Lifestyle to promote his Jeff's 6 Figure Business System.

I feel the same way about these businesses that upsell so much. There are equal things out there, like you mention, that are only a fraction of the cost, and have no upsells beyond basic premium.
Wealthy Affiliate definitely does the majority of what Coffee Shop Lifestyle Secret does, and it costs so much less. It’s nice that the owners of WA don’t like upselling either.
The real red-flag here is when they say it’s an easy, copy-paste kind of start up, and the payoff is huge and fast. It’s dishonest, but it gets an emotional response from readers who aren’t informed.
