American Dream Nutrition is a multi-level marketing company in the health and wellness niche that started in 2012 by Greg Gunderson.
It provides products that are crafted with the purpose of helping American Dream Nutrition’s clients achieve a better and much healthier version of their selves.
Apart from these products, American Dream Nutrition extends its help by providing a business opportunity to people. What is it? You will find out later on.
American Dream Nutrition Products
American Dream Nutrition has a wide variety of health and wellness products. But here are some of the best-selling products that they have:
- PureAquaMins – You can purchase this water purifier for $49. It has the ability to remove chlorine, viruses, fluoride and harmful elements present in your water.
- ChagaPlus – A bottle with 60 capsules costs $59. Each capsule is formulated Siberian Chaga extracts which contain phytochemicals, making this product a superfood.

Moreover, I looked for American Dream Nutrition’s Income Disclosure Statement to see any information about how much its representatives make. Unfortunately, there are no statements whatsoever.
Moreover, knowing that American Dream Nutrition is an MLM, you can’t rely on it to have a good source of income.

Let me just cut to the chase. The compensation plan is very difficult to understand and might trick you into thinking that you have a lot of ways of earning money. So let me just simplify it. Here are the kinds of commissions that you can receive from American Dream Nutrition.
- Retail Commissions – Every time you sell a product, you will earn a 70% commission.

Of course not since American Dream Nutrition offers legit products and does pay you when you make sales and recruit people. However, I just want to warn you beforehand that it will not be easy to earn money.
Most people would call it a scam when they realize that they are not making much money since they are not putting much effort in it. Moreover, the business model, MLM, just has a very low income potential and that’s it.
Is American Dream Nutrition a pyramid scheme?
Unlike MLMs, a pyramid scheme does not involve any products or selling. The only way to earn money with them is by simply recruiting people. However, it may sound a lot easier, pyramid schemes are illegal and it is almost impossible to earn money from them. Only the owners of the said scheme actually benefit from it.
So, is American Dream a pyramid scheme? Technically, it is not, since it does offer products right? Moreover, you can earn money just by selling their products. However, there are chances of it being a pyramid scheme in disguise and I shall reveal the reasons in a while.

As for its products, a lot of people actually love them, especially the ones who left positive reviews online. Representatives can use this information when they are selling since customers love it when they are presented with proof that the products are legit.

#1 Not enough information
Like I said earlier, American Dream Nutrition has no income disclosure statements. This does not help us guarantee that you can actually rely on this company to have a source of income. We don’t have any information about how much representatives make in a year with American Dream Nutrition.
#2 Expensive products
The products are very expensive compared to its alternatives. As a representative, you will have a harder time to sell the products since customers tend to choose the cheaper ones, right?
So for you to have a better income, you will be forced to recruit people. This is a practice that pyramid schemes in disguise do to make their representatives recruit more people.
#3 Hidden expenses
Another practice is having hidden expenses like the monthly PV requirement. Basically, representatives are required to purchase products every month. They will then need to sell them to earn commissions. However, selling is not easy!
If you fail to sell them in a month, then you are stuck with those products and it will be like you are the one purchasing it. Again, to recover from those expenses, you will be forced to recruit people.

Lastly, American Dream Nutrition obviously has a pyramid scheme in disguise practices. Which is why I am telling you right now to decide carefully whether you want to join or not!
If it is indeed a pyramid scheme in disguise, then you will end up losing money in the long run, rather than earning. This case is even more true if you are not that talented in selling and recruiting.
Final Verdict
As a company and its products, American Dream Nutrition is a good and legit one. They aim to help people live a better and healthier life. However, if you ask me about its business opportunity, I do not recommend it.
Aside from the low income potential, there is a huge chance of it being a pyramid scheme in disguise. Moreover, we don’t even know how much representatives really make!
