Also, Amazon is one of the Big Four Technology Companies.

The other three are Google, Facebook and Apple.

Amazon was originally a book seller. As years passed by, the company expanded and started to sell a wide range of products.

Some products are branded and some are not.

Famous brands also sell their products in Amazon, such as Nike, Adidas, Samsung and many more!

When you visit Amazon, you can truly say that it has everything.

Furthermore, brands will provide Amazon with their logos, specifications and other data points to find out which products are fake.

Apart from the seller rating, you should also check out the item review.

Most of the time, previous buyers of the said item will leave comments and reviews about it.

You can gather hints and info about the product whether it is good or not.

The moment you see a negative review, you need to back out from the product.

#4 Read the whole item post

Don't be a lazy-ass person.

Read the ENTIRE item post! This might save your wallet.

Some posts include the brand in the title of the post.

However, in the description, it says "generic". Another dead giveaway is "Compares to...".

That is a big no-no!

#5 Compare prices

Sometimes, sales happen in Amazon.

However, if some products are very suspicious because the price is too cheap compared to the retail price, chances are, these are not authentic.

This one is mostly ignored by buyers.

It is very important to check the product picture because it is so easy to download pictures from the internet.

Most of the item, 3rd-party sellers just get the pictures from the internet.

The picture may look like it is legit. But when you receive the item, it turns out that it is fake!
